We only service customers in the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai Munciple areas.

Rates outside of this area are negotiable.

Business Customers - on Site

Minimum Charge $88.00 which includes the first hour

Additional time is billed in 30 minute increments at $88.00 per hour.

These changes include GST

Residential Customers - on Site

Minimum Charge $66.00 which includes the first hour

Additional time is billed in 30 minute increments at $66.00 per hour.

These changes include GST

These rates are for Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, excluding public holidays. Outside of these hours rates incur a 50% loading

We charge for out of pocket expenses where we have to pay for parking.

These charges are for labour only. Where parts are used, these are charged at competitive rates.

Business rates are changed where: An ABN is quoted for GST purposes, the computer is used for business purposes; the address is a commercial address; there are than three networked computers ; or a central file server.
