How do we pay.
You can either pay cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or pay by PayPal. We will get your credit card details when you make a booking but nothing will be charged to to card until the work has been completed and you authorise the payment. We do not store your credit card details. When the payment is processed we send you and invoice by email.
What are your charges?
Our fees are all time and materials with a minimum of one hour and then at thirty minute intervals. Parts and software are charged separately at very competitive prices.
What Guarantee do you offer?
We guarantee our services for 14 days, any parts or software are covered by the manufacturers guarantee.
Do you provide data recovery services?
We attempt to recover data where files have been accidentally deleted, if the disk drive is damaged we use a specialist service and provide you with a written quote before proceeding with the recovery.
What do you sell?
We can provide you with the majority of software packages, off-the-shelf computers or build computers for your specific purpose ranging from computers for just surfing the net and writing e-mails to complex machines for playing high-end games or editing video and sound.
Can you install Windows 7 upgrade to my computer?
Yes we can do clean installations or upgrade you from Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Windows Vista.
